We are happy to introduce our new leadership program, Leadership & Engagement Advancement Program (L.E.A.P) for the 2012-2013 year! The new program is made up of 17 students each with a personal focus ! The group is led by Sarah Cohen Domont, the Director of Student Life at Santa Barbara Hillel. Each LEAP intern is expected to engage new students and create programs around their initiative. Some of the great programs you will be seeing at SB Hillel are focused around FYSH (First Year Students at Hillel), Chagim, Shabbat, Social/Immersion experiences, Israel Culture and Advocacy, Social Action, and LGBTA (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Allies).
These students have so many creative and new ideas, we can’t wait to see what they come up with!
