• Freshman Retreat - Meet your fellow new students on a special retreat focusing

• Grad Student Programming -  Look out for grad student wine tasting, trivia nights, Shabbat dinners and more! Grad students always have a special place at Hillel! 

• Sports - You never have to worry where you will be getting your exercise with Hillel's indoor intramural soccer team, the Jewlalas!

• "The Senior Prom" - Bringing together senior citizens from local retirement homes, to dance away the night with the college students here at Hillel

• Alternative Spring Break - Spend spring breaks becoming engaged in and performing acts of Tikkun Olam in the US and throughout the world

• Shabbat at Hillel - Gather every Friday night more with more than 150 people for Reform, Conservative or Orthodox services and a delicious, free kosher dinner

• Jewish learning - Interactive and experiential study for all levels—one on one and group classes

• Holidays - Celebrate life, Jewish tradition and culture, all with a college twist: Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Chanukah, Purim, Passover, Shavuot, and other holidays throughout the year

• American Students for Israel - Advocate for fair and balanced treatment of Israel on campus and in the classroom

• Taglit-Birthright Israel Trip - Participate on a free, ten-day trip to Israel with other students from Santa Barbara, if you have never been on an organized Israel trip before

• Yom HaAtzmaut - Celebrate Israel's independence on this special day

• Yom HaZikaron - Observe Israel's memorial day

• Open Mic Night - Share your talent with us on special Kosher Cook Outs

• Israeli Dancing - Dance with instruction for beginners and open dancing for intermediate and advanced students

• Film Society - Screen films of Jewish interest. Free popcorn!
